It looks like...crayons?
You use too much white.
There are so many ways, to show light than using white paint to make colour brighter!
And, you make colours dirty. Everywhere on the picture you use similar colours.
For example, on skin and on the water... um... It's water, right? Because it doesn't look like water...
Hair of the girl has the same tone as her dress...

And drawing. Look at the hand of that girl. It's unnatural! Hands don't looks like this!
That hand rather looks like an eagle's talon!
And her face...The eyes aren't on the same height. And she has unnatural lip colour.
You have to practice more. Because, anatomy on your picture is SO WRONG.
People don't look like this!

tu es vraiment bon pour ce qui est du choix des couleurs! l'ensemble est vraiment beau si je peux te donner un conseil: quand tu peinds un grand format, fais le plus souvent possible un pas en arriere pour prendre du recul, et si possible regarde ta peinture dans un miroir pour voir les fautes d'anatomie ou de composition, ça m'aide beaucoup perso. et aussi n'hesite a utiliser de vieux pinceaux durs tout ébouriffés pour donner un effet chevelure (ça marche aussi pour la fourrure et l'herbe)!

j'avais déjà remarqué el coup du miroir, mais je ne m'en sers pas vraiment, je devrais... Et là où je peins, il m'est difficile de prendre du recul souvent, mais j'essai de temps à autre.
Quant à mon pinceau pricnipal, il est assez "décharné"
